About Our Tree Service in Raeford, NC
Burks Tree Service is a small, family-run tree service in Raeford, NC. Earnest Burks started the company in 2008, and he still meets customers for estimates and runs the crew on the job. Our shop is on Rockfish Road in eastern Hoke County.
We are not the biggest tree company around, and we like it that way. Customers get the owner, a crew that knows the area, and a phone number that reaches real people.
The Owner Does the Estimate
Earnest Burks walks your property, looks at the tree, and gives you the price himself. The person who quotes the job is the person who makes sure it gets done right.
An Office That Follows Up
Ms. Dorthy runs scheduling and follow-up. Customers mention her by name in reviews, because a call back when you were promised one is rarer than it should be.
Our Own Equipment
A bucket truck, work trucks, backhoes, and Bobcat skid steers let one crew handle the tree, the stump, and the heavy cleanup without bringing in another company.
How We Work
Every job starts with a free estimate. We tell you what the tree needs, what it will cost, and when we can do it. If a tree only needs a few dead limbs cut, that is what we will recommend.
On the job, safety comes first. Trees near houses are taken down in sections with ropes, and we keep equipment off soft ground so your yard does not get rutted. When we finish, the limbs are gone and the yard is raked.
